1. Create a new white document of 1024*768 pixels, and draw a cartoon-style head structure with the pen tool (Figure 1).
2. Convert the head structure to a selection, create a new layer and fill it with the face color (fill it with your favorite cartoon face color) (Figure 2).
3. Draw a circle and fill it with dark gray to make the eyeball. Use a black brush to add a thick black pupil in the middle of the eyeball, and then use the "Burn" and "Dodge" tools to create a more realistic look for the eyes. (Figure 3)
4. Now add a highlight on the eyeball, create a new layer, use a white brush to draw a circle on the upper left corner of the eyeball, use the Gaussian filter to blur the white circle (about 0.7), and then use a pen to draw an unequal square on the lower left corner of the eyeball. , fill the white filter with Gaussian blur (3) and change the layer transparency to 90% (Figure 4)
5. Merge the layers belonging to the eyes and make a copy for the right eye. Then merge the two eye layers (Figure 5)
6. Create a new layer and use the pen tool to outline the white part of the eye and fill it with a light bluish-white color, and use the dodge tool to partially fade it. (Figure 6)

Create a new layer and use a pen to outline the eyelids (the bottom is a 2-pixel black brush stroke, the middle is a 3-pixel pink brush stroke, and the top is a 2-pixel black brush stroke) eyeliner (a 2-pixel black brush stroke) ) (You can trace it several times until you are satisfied) After tracing it, use the blur tool to lightly blur it and make it softer. Make a copy and adjust the lower direction to make the eyelid of the first eye. (Figure 8)
