1. Open the picture (File-Open) and press Ctrl+Alt+~ to select the highlights of the picture, as shown below.
2. Create a new layer, fill it with white (Edit-Fill-White), and change the transparency to 50%. The purpose of this is to elevate the tone of the image.
3. Press Ctrl+e to merge the layers and duplicate another layer.
4. Click on the channel panel of the background copy, select the blue channel, click Image - Apply Image - Set as follows
5. Then click on the green channel and red channel, and set the opacity to 50% and 20% respectively. Do not invert it.
6. Copy the background, drag it to the top, change the mode to strong light, and the creation is completed.
