This tutorial explains how to colorize sepia photos. It mainly uses the superposition of fill colors to achieve color conversion. Then add texture materials appropriately. Then just adjust the lighting and details throughout the day.

1. Open the original image material, press Ctrl + J to copy the background layer, and execute on the copy: Filter > Others > Customize, the value is the default, add a layer mask after confirmation, and use a black brush to paint the character part Wipe it out, the effect is as shown in Figure 1.

2. Create a new layer, fill it with color: #AE9F88, and then change the layer blending mode to "Hue". The effect is as shown in Figure 2.

3. Duplicate the background layer, press Ctrl + Shift + ] to move it to the top of the layer, and change the layer blending mode to "Darken". The effect is as shown in Figure 3.

4. Press the letter "D" to restore the front and background color to the default black and white. Create a new layer and execute: Filter > Render > Clouds. After confirmation, press Ctrl + Alt + F to strengthen it. Then press Ctrl + B to make the cyan tone slightly larger. Change the layer blending mode to "Overlay" and add Layer mask, use a black brush to erase the character part, the effect is as shown in Figure 4.

5. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Overlay", add a layer mask, keep only the character part, and use a black brush for other parts. Erase it and the effect will be as shown in Figure 5.
