How local real estate websites survive

I have been working as a webmaster for almost 2 years, and I have also built a decent local real estate website, the Zhuzhou Real Estate Information Network. From the single digit number of IP addresses per day at the beginning, it now reaches nearly 1,000 per day. Although it’s not a lot, I found that my hard work over the past few months has been in vain, haha! I would like to talk about my experience with real estate websites by the way. Let’s not be too long-winded and get straight to the point. Why build a website? To make money! In fact, whether you can make money ultimately depends on whether your website can bring a large number of visitors. In other words, how to expand the visibility of your website? How to improve keyword rankings? Well, I will reveal some of my tried and tested methods!
1. First of all, you must enrich your website. You cannot let visitors feel that your website is a garbage dump as soon as they come in. Otherwise, many IPs will be lost, which is very wasteful?
2. Optimize the web page code, check whether the links within the site are complete, and whether there are dead links.
3. Go to some real estate agencies for publicity and tell them that our website can help them promote it for free... Although it is free, it also invisibly expands the website's popularity in the local area.
4. I also prefer to print some black and white advertisements. The advertisements don’t have to be fancy, just print the website name and URL on white paper. Post it on some community bulletin boards. (This method is highly recommended, the cost is very low, and the results are immediate and can be seen on the same day)
5. Make more friend links. Don’t be too picky about the website’s PR. As long as Baidu includes it normally, it will be a regular website.
The above points have been practiced by me, and you are welcome to communicate with me. My website www.zzfcxx.cn QQ:
