1. Open the original image material and press Ctrl + J to copy the background layer. If the original image material is too messy, you can use the stamp tool to deal with it.
2. Execute: Filter > Blur > Special Blur, with a radius of 11.6 and a threshold of 73.9, as shown below.
3. Press Ctrl + J to duplicate another layer, change the layer blending mode to "Soft Light", then create a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer, appropriately enhance the saturation of the entire image, and set the value to 20. After confirming, create a Curves adjustment layer and make the whole thing a little brighter.
4. Merge all layers and execute: Image > Rotate Canvas > Flip Horizontally. After confirmation, select the text tool and add decorative text to complete the final effect.
