The second step is to use Hue/Saturation to enhance the saturation of the image. The third step is to use color adjustment tools such as color levels to appropriately increase the contrast. Original picture final effect 1. Open the original image material and execute "Image Menu" Adjustment "Shadow/Highlight" on the image layer. The quantity value of the shadow item is: 30%. Amount value for highlight items: 20%. Check Show other options and adjust the midtone contrast of the item: 70%. To brighten dark areas, darken highlight areas, and increase contrast. 2. Create a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer to reduce the saturation of the image. 3. Use the Lasso tool on the image layer to select the eyes, feather them appropriately and create a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer to increase the saturation. 4. Create a Levels adjustment layer, increase the contrast appropriately, and then use a black brush to erase the background part to complete the final effect. Final effect:
