1. Select the "File/New" menu, open the "New" or Ctrl+N dialog box with the name: photoshop text effects, width: 640 pixels, height: 480 pixels, "Resolution" is 72, and "Mode" is RGB color documentation
2. Set the RGB values of the foreground color and background color in the toolbar respectively, set the foreground color to black, and press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Delete to fill.
3. Click the horizontal text tool in the toolbox, enter English letters, and then set the font on the tool options bar: Futura XBlk BT, size: 85 points, color: white, set the anti-aliasing method: sharp
4. Select the font to make a copy of the font, flip it vertically and right-click the mouse to pop up the right-click menu. Select Raster Text and then add a mask to the font copy and add a gradient.
5. Duplicate the text layer one more layer in the layer panel to obtain text copy 2. After rasterizing the layer, execute the menu: "Filter"/"Blur"/"Radial Blur" to pop up the radial blur dialog. Frame, set the quantity to: 67, blur method: zoom, quality: good, after confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "difference"
6. Create a new layer 2 in the layer template, select the gradient tool in the toolbar, set it to radial gradient in the gradient property bar, pop up the gradient editor, select the transparent rainbow gradient, and then in the workspace from top to top Pull down and set the layer blending mode to Color Burn
7. Create a new layer light 2 in the layer template, create a small light point yourself, click to add a layer style, check Outer Glow, set the shadow blending mode: Linear Dodge, Opacity: 100%, Noise: 0%, Noise: Orange to Transparent, Method: Soft, Extension: 0%, Size: 5 pixels, then click the OK button
8. Select the move tool in the toolbox, hold down the Alt key on the keyboard, select layer 2, press the left button of the mouse and drag out layer 3 to complete the final effect.
