This tutorial introduces how to create a very personalized oil painting effect. The general process: first use the smear tool and special blur filter to add traces similar to oil painting brushes on the picture, and then use filters and color correction tools to enhance the texture, texture, contrast, etc.

1. Open the original image material, copy the background layer, and execute: Filter > Blur > Surface Blur, with a radius of 20 and a threshold of 10. The effect is as shown below.
2. Select the smear tool to refine the texture of the face, hair, etc.
3. Select the smudge tool to apply evenly on the lips, and then use the blur tool to blur the entire mouth. Then use the burn and dodge tools to add texture, as shown below.
4. Press Ctrl + M to adjust the curve. Value: 103/155. Simply whiten the whole. The effect is as shown below.
5. Duplicate the background layer, press Ctrl + Shift + U to remove the color, and change the blending mode to "Multiply".
Duplicate the background layer, press Ctrl + Shift + ] to bring it to the top, remove the color and press Ctrl + I to invert it, then go to: Filter > Others > Minimum, and then change the layer blending mode to "Color Dodge" , the effect is as shown below.
6. Merge all layers and go to: Filter > Noise > Add Noise, with a value of 1 - 1.5. After confirmation, execute: Filter > Sharpen > USM Sharpen, value: 69/1.1/0.
7. Duplicate the background layer and go to: Filter>Others>Keep High Contrast. The value is 10. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Color Burn" and then reduce the layer opacity appropriately. The effect is as shown below. .
8. Merge all layers and execute: Filter > Blur > Special Blur, with default values. After confirming, create a Curves adjustment layer and slightly adjust the overall contrast.
Finally, adjust the details to complete the final effect.
